Born in the LA area, Lucas has always been a bit of an "introverted extrovert." He always is pushing for personal growth, and to continue to learn more about it! He graduated from Glendora High School and found himself working in a Cutco office in Diamond Bar, CA. 

In his first year on the job, he became a 10k fast starter, meaning he personally sold $10,000 in his first 10 days at the position, and was able to be promoted to a member of key staff. 

He was promoted to the Assistant Manager position for the Diamond Bar office in 2023, helping the office become the top 5 offices in productivity that year. Committed to excellence and having the passion to impact others, Lucas was promoted to overlook Diamond Bar and surrounding areas as District Manager in 2024. 

As a DM, Lucas is looking to impact people at a personal, professional, and financial level. His personal mantra is to become 1% better every day. He works with young professionals to help them achieve the very best version of themselves!
